Account Representative

The Account Representative is responsible for overseeing the satisfaction of repeat customers as it pertains to all operational functions of Company. Manage a portfolio of accounts and support daily order processing, handle customer inquiries and update customer on order processing, logistic status, and other key information. Account representatives are ACRs single point of contact for processing orders for our customers, responding to inquiries and handling any issues that arise following the order from start to finish. All Account Representatives are cross trained to help and be flexible. This position is on-site in our Forth Worth, TX location - Monday through Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm. Very little overtime is anticipated in this position.

WHAT YOULL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

High school diploma or GED, or equivalent years of experience Computer experience including knowledge of MS Word and Excel Accurate data entry skills and attention to detail Experience handling customer accounts and customer relations; 1-2 years of prior customer service experienceAbility to build rapport with customersProblem Solving skillsDeadline orientation and ability to work with timely demands and manage multiple workloadExcellent communication skills with both internal and external customersDetail oriented and organizedResolve customer issues within Service Level Agreement - SLA (inquiries, returns, order status)Ability to work well under pressure and keep a professional attitudeCommunication Proficiency Motivated team player Reliable and Flexible

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
