Restaurant Lead

:

The Restaurant Lead will assist Management oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure that our guests receive exceptional service in a dining environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and is committed to maintaining high standards of food production and customer satisfaction.

Duties:

• Assign tasks to the front of the house
• Communicate clear instructions to team members
• Manage the flow of day-to-day operations.
• Supervising front of the house crew members
• Training crew members on food handling and customer service.
• Making sure that cleanliness standards are followed, including hygiene, quality, and food safety
• Monitoring food supplies and communicating with manager on items to order
• Resolving customer problems, including menu questions, pricing questions, and customer complaints
• Lead in running breaks, opening, and closing duties

Crew Leader Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Management experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in the restaurant industry
• Must have TABC and Food Handlers Certification
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong management, organizational communication, and time management skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• The ability to be flexible and think on your feet
• Stays calm even in stressful situations
• An independent worker
