Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Texas Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Outpatient physical therapy experience required. Client prefers clinicians with experience performing 60-minute evaluations and one-on-one treatment sessions.
• Experience with documentation of evaluations, goal writing, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry in compliance with clinic and payer requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans focused on functional return to community activities.
• Ability to supervise and delegate discipline-specific therapy services and to participate in student training when assigned.
• Maintain professional licensure and comply with state practice act and continuing education requirements.
• Preferred: prior experience in a high-volume outpatient setting and familiarity with performance improvement initiatives and safety practices such as safe patient handling.

• Shift Pattern: 5x8 (five shifts per week, eight-hour shifts).
• Patient Visit Structure: 60-minute evaluations plus treatment sessions.
