Landscape Field Supervisor

As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Landscape Field Supervisor to join our team.
Your responsibilities in this role:
· Oversee day-to-day operations of landscaping and irrigation crews, ensuring work is completed efficiently and to company standards.
· Schedule and assign tasks to crew members, prioritizing work orders and deadlines.
· Provide on-the-job training and guidance to crew members, promoting a culture of safety and professionalism.
· Conduct quality inspections of completed work to ensure adherence to specifications and client expectations.
· Manage inventory and equipment, coordinating maintenance and repairs as needed.
· Communicate regularly with clients and project managers to address concerns, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction.
· Uphold company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and environmental regulations.
· Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and employee development.
Requirements:
· Minimum of 1 years of experience in landscaping or related field.
· Strong knowledge of landscaping and irrigation, materials, and equipment.
· 10 hour work days with the ability to work one weekend a month.
· Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
· Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively.
· Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to quality and excellence.
· Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
· Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency a plus.
