Product Manager - Transaction Hub & Data Plane

Paradigm is a software company transforming the way that the residential, construction & building product industries operate across the globe. We are looking for a Product Manager - Transaction Hub & Data Plane to be part of revolutionizing these industries.

We are looking for a Product Manager – Transaction Hub & Data Plane who can see & communicate the strategic big picture, while also being detail-oriented, organized & driven enough to identify & produce the pieces required to put that picture together.

What You Will Do:

• You will be responsible for the future growth & success of our Transaction Hub & Data Plane through definition of product strategy and analysis of internal needs. You are the product evangelist.

• You will focus on our centralized operational data including the tools to ingest, maintain and make it available to all our products.

• You will understand the needs for data across our products and execute the vision for how we access, store, and enrich that data to meet business goals.

• You will provide technical leadership for the development team including writing designs, evaluating tools, and reviewing development changes.

• You will work directly with product development teams to ensure that they can quickly and easily get access to the data that they need. You will be the person who helps our teams move fast, scale & remove any roadblocks.

• You will advocate and listen to internal customers to build an aligned roadmap, including driving apps/features to completion while leading a dev team.

• You will be innately curious-before you even consider a solution, you seek to understand and clearly articulate a problem. You will define goals & metrics to understand if your strategy is working & solving problems. You will lead with a data driven approach.

• You will lead. You will encourage & develop your team, showcasing results, and providing individual growth. You will raise the visibility of your teams’ work within the company. You will also be responsible for cross-collaboration across teams and providing applicable insight.

• You will synthesize information from a lot of stakeholders & moving parts into simple soundbites, updates, directions & requirements. You will stay current on industry trends and challenges, you will be recognized as a Subject Matter Expert.

• You are an owner, you feel personally accountable & responsible. You proactively look for problems & inefficiencies and find elegant solutions before they become issues. You will maintain a robust backlog, breaking projects into attainable milestones. You will define & track metrics to assess success & failure of products, while ensuring the team & stakeholders are aligned on goals.

What You Need to Succeed:

• 4+ years of experience in Product and/or Development Management, business systems and processes, ideally in a SaaS or similar industry

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field or an equal amount of related professional experience.

• You have experience building and maintaining a robust data practice including modern ETL, CDC, data warehousing, and data analytics.

• You embrace agentic services and have experience building centralized capabilities powered by AI.

• You can see the big picture but understand the value of getting in the weeds-and are comfortable here.

• You are known for your excellent collaboration & relationship building skills with an ability to prioritize, negotiate & coordinate work with a variety of internal & external stakeholders.

• You are flexible, able to adjust and change direction as the business & tech environments evolve & change. You are entrepreneurial in spirit; unchartered territories & problems energize you. You can thrive in a high stress/controlled chaos environment. We are Agile, and we need you to be too!
