We are seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse for night shift (7p–7a) to provide exceptional maternal care in a fast-paced, supportive maternity unit. Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive care to laboring mothers and newborns
Monitor maternal and fetal health throughout labor and delivery
Interpret fetal monitoring and respond to changes in patient condition
Assist physicians with vaginal deliveries and emergency C-sections
Administer medications including labor induction agents
Support families during labor, delivery, and the immediate postpartum period
Collaborate with obstetricians, anesthesiologists, neonatology teams, and fellow nurses
Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to safety protocols Qualifications
Active Texas RN license (or compact license)
1–2+ years Labor & Delivery experience required
BLS and NRP certification
AWHONN fetal monitoring certification preferred
Ability to remain calm and focused in high-acuity delivery situations
