Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $9 - $9 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Grader:

• Assist in tagging finished products appropriately
• Build cardboard boxes and plastic containers
• Secure lids on boxes
• Adhere to the established chain of command
• Notify the supervisor before leaving the work area
• Maintain an orderly and safe workspace
• Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
• Perform other assigned tasks as needed
• Be available for weekend shifts when required
• Prioritize the safety and well-being of coworkers and customers
• Be willing to undergo cross-training and work in different areas as needed
• Maintain accurate counts

Available shifts:

Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day), 2nd Shift (Evening), Weekends

Job requirements:

• Communication: Possess the ability to comprehend and follow instructions. Effective communication skills in listening, speaking, and proficiency in mathematics, English, reading, and writing are essential
• Member Service: Exhibit a professional demeanor, assist others effectively, and abide by all company policies and procedures. Identify, solve, and make sound decisions when encountering problems. Adhere to attire and grooming policies, including personal hygiene
• Self-motivation: Demonstrate the capability to work independently, organize tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Take ownership of decisions and stay positive
• Team Player: Employees should maintain a positive, professional, team-oriented attitude while collaborating effectively with various personalities and individuals to achieve business objectives
• Flexibility: Adapt positively to changes in direction or assignments. Manage multiple tasks during a work shift and embrace the latest programs, methods, practices, and procedures
• Goals: Achieve set goals and fulfill duties outlined by supervisors and management. Possessing these skills and characteristics will enable employees to excel in their roles and contribute to the company's success
