Are you a connector, relationship‑builder, and talent‑spotter? Hallmark University is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition & Employer Partnerships Specialist to help fuel our hiring needs and expand employment opportunities for our graduates.
This hybrid role blends recruiting , talent sourcing , and employer partnership development- perfect for someone who enjoys both finding great hires and cultivating industry relationships.
What You’ll Do:
Recruiting & Talent Acquisition:
- Source and attract candidates for university positions through job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach.
- Screen resumes, conduct phone/video interviews, and coordinate interview logistics.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and refine sourcing strategies.
- Manage job postings and candidate communication through the ATS.
- Support compliant, timely, and professional hiring processes.
Employer Partnerships: (Supporting Graduate Success)
- Identify and initiate new employer relationships aligned with Hallmark programs.
- Educate employers on our degrees, training programs, and graduate talent pipeline.
- Help coordinate employer involvement in advisory boards, speaker events, hiring events, and mock interviews.
- Maintain accurate employer activity and relationship notes in CRM tools.
Job Lead Curation:
- Monitor job boards and industry feeds for roles aligned to graduate skill sets.
- Share curated job leads with Career Services to support graduate placement.
- Collaborate with the Director of Career Services to align outreach with placement priorities.
- Track outreach, job leads, events, and partnership activity for reporting.

- Have strong communication skills and a polished, professional approach.
- Can juggle multiple recruiting and partnership tasks at the same time.
- Are comfortable using ATS, CRM systems, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
Qualifications:
Required:- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, employer relations, staffing, or similar.
- Experience conducting candidate phone screens and participating in interviews.
Preferred:
- Experience in higher education, workforce development, or graduate support environments.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and CRM pipeline management.
- Experience supporting career fairs, speaker series, or employer engagement events.
Work Environment:
- Office and/or hybrid depending on University policy.
- Frequent phone/video communication and computer-based work.
- Occasional local travel, plus occasional evenings/weekends for hiring or employer events.

- Strong pipelines of well‑qualified candidates.
- Hiring manager satisfaction with screenings and candidate quality.
- Growth in employer partnerships and engagement activities.
- Relevant job leads shared consistently with Career Services.
- Accurate ATS/CRM documentation and timely reporting.
