Job Title: Packer
Location: Dallas, TX
Schedule & Pay:
- Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM.
- $14/hour.
- No English required — Spanish-speaking welcome.
Job Summary:
We manufacture and distribute pillows and bedding products. Packers play a key role in preparing products for shipment by assembling boxes, packing items, and applying labels accurately.
Responsibilities:
- Build and tape shipping boxes.
- Pack pillows into boxes neatly and efficiently.
- Apply finished good labels as directed.
- Maintain pace and quality during shifts.
- Follow safety procedures and work instructions.
Required Skills:
- Able to perform repetitive tasks with care.
- Follow simple instructions or visuals (SOPs).
- Stand for 8 hours and lift up to 25lbs.
Preferred Skills:
- Spanish-speaking.
- Fast-paced warehouse or packing experience.
- Team-oriented and punctual.
