- Performance testing : Conduct various tests, including checking coating thickness, adhesion, curing times, and visual inspection for defects.
- Documentation : Maintain detailed records of inspections, test results, material certifications, and corrective actions.
- Material verification : Ensure the correct materials are used by checking material certifications and verifying proper storage and handling.
- Issue resolution : Collaborate with contractors and project engineers to identify and resolve coating-related problems and ensure rework meets specifications.
- Final inspection : Conduct final inspections to confirm the finished work meets all quality requirements for finish, coverage, and overall quality.
