Customer Service Representative – Healthcare

We are seeking a customer-focused professional to support members and providers by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance related to healthcare services and benefits.

Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound member calls.
Assist with enrollments, claims, benefits, ID cards, and service issues.
Resolve customer concerns or escalate cases when needed.
Document interactions accurately in company systems.
Meet productivity and quality metrics while delivering excellent customer service.
Conduct follow-up and satisfaction calls to support member retention.

Qualifications
Associate Degree preferred.
1–3 years of experience in healthcare, insurance, customer service, or call center environment preferred.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and computer skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.y!
