Commercial Service Technician Responsibilities:

• Respond to scheduled service, preventative maintenance, repairs, and installations of heating and cooling systems.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC equipment such as package units, commercial split systems, mini-splits, VRF/VRV, VAV, air cooled chillers.
• Repair, replace and maintain equipment components such as compressors, blower/fan motors, pumps, actuators, and expansive valves.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair Refrigeration equipment such as walk-in coolers, walk-in freezers, ice machines, and low temp chill water systems.
• Repair, replace and or calibrate Basic controls.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of commercial HVAC experience
• 2-5 years of experience with tonnage systems, chillers, boilers, VFD, DX and Hydronics or ability to learn.
• CRM scheduling software use; preferred ServiceTitan
• EPA Universal Certification
• TDLR credential
• TWIC credential a plus but not required
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Must be able to pass a background check.
