Position Summary

The Runner/Server supports the Food & Beverage Supervisor by delivering prompt and courteous service to guests while maintaining cleanliness and organization in dining areas. This position plays a key role in ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience by assisting with food delivery, bussing tables, and supporting front- and back-of-house operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner and assist with seating as needed. • Deliver food and beverages quickly and accurately to guests in designated areas. • Clear and clean tables between guest use and reset them according to service standards. • Assist servers and kitchen staff in preparing items for service and maintaining cleanliness. • Stock service stations and maintain organized storage of utensils, napkins, condiments, and other supplies. • Monitor guest needs and provide timely support or escalate issues to appropriate staff. • Uphold sanitation and safety standards in all food and beverage areas. • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient and consistent service. • Follow all company policies, procedures, and health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred. • Previous food service, hospitality, or customer-facing experience is a plus. • Strong communication and teamwork skills. • Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift trays/items up to 25 lbs. • Positive attitude and willingness to assist in various roles as needed. • Reliable, punctual, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. • Must be available to work weekdays, weekends, and evenings.
