Human Resources Assistant
The Human Resources Assistant provides essential administrative and operational support to the HR department. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate employee data, coordinating training programs, assisting in the recruitment process, and supporting company-wide HR initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Manage and assign training modules in Paycom.
Proactively follow up with leaders and employees to ensure timely completion of training.
Provide administrative support for Allredi’s annual Career Planning Process.
Maintain up-to-date employee records in Paycom, ensuring timely and accurate reflection of internal changes.
Support the recruitment and hiring process by performing background checks, assisting in shortlisting candidates, and scheduling interviews.
Contribute to other HR functions, initiatives, and special projects as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR administration preferred, but not required.
Prior experience supporting or managing HR projects and initiatives is a plus.
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and strong follow-through.
Demonstrated ability to manage confidential employee information with discretion and integrity.
Strong internal customer service skills and ability to build relationships at every level of the organization.
Experience with Paycom or familiarity with similar HRIS platforms is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
