Remote Call Center Support - Earn $50/Hour from Home
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and troubleshoot technical or service issues.
Document all customer interactions in the company's CRM system.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain a friendly, empathetic, and solutions-focused approach on every call.
Qualifications and Experience Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a call center, customer service, or support role.
Proven track record of managing a high volume of calls while maintaining service quality.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in using call center software and CRM platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, HubSpot).
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
Familiarity with VOIP systems or telecommunication tools.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong active listening skills to understand and address customer needs effectively. Key Competencies
