Role: DOCUMENT CONTROL MANAGER (FIELD-BASED)
Location: Houston, TX (Onsite)
Job Description
Controls the flow of legal and technical data to ensure the project remains "audit-ready."
Experience:
- 6+ years in project administration or document control for public agencies.
- Mastery of Airport System’s preferred PMIS (e-Builder or PMWeb).
- Expertise in the lifecycle of Change Orders, from field initiation to executive approval.
- Strict adherence to version control for "As-Built" drawings and technical manuals.
- Ability to manage and archive massive volumes of digital data, including daily logs and photos.
Experience preparing formal monthly progress reports for C-Level executive review.
