Job Description:
DFPS seeks a Senior Salesforce Developer to modernize and enhance enterprise-level case management systems such as IMPACT, PACES, PEIRS, NEICE, SSCC, ABCS, and others. The developer will be responsible for full-stack application development with a primary focus on Salesforce customization, integration, and administration.
This role involves developing Lightning components, Apex triggers/classes, and administrative configurations including workflows, profiles, roles, dashboards, and validation rules. The developer will participate in Agile teams and collaborate with business analysts, UI/UX teams, and QA testers.
Responsibilities:
Lead Salesforce development using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, Process and Flow Builder.
Perform administrative tasks like user setup, security roles, page layouts, reports, dashboards.
Implement custom formula fields, validation rules, workflows, approval processes.
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
Contribute to full-stack development using HTML, JavaScript (Angular/Node), Bootstrap, jQuery.
Write unit tests, participate in CI/CD, and code reviews.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to plan, prioritize, and execute work.
