Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Tech Ops - Intermediate professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of technical systems, troubleshooting issues, and supporting the overall technical infrastructure. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong technical background and excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain technical systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement technical solutions.
• Document technical processes and provide training to team members as needed.
• Support the deployment and maintenance of new technologies and systems.

Pay Range: $36 - $38

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
