Evening Customer Service Representative

Immediate opening for Full-time Evening Shift Customer Service Representatives
$15 per hour plus bonuses and incentives
Fully paid training & several schedule choices
On-site position located in Houston, TX (Hobby Airport Area)
Located in a modern building in the South East area of Houston, TX, our open concept call center facility is one of the most advanced alarm and emergency monitoring centers in the United States. Come join our talented team where you will work with a team of industry recognized experts, continuously learn new skills and work together to save lives and properties.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor incoming emergency alarms signals in a clean and modern call center environment
- Provide the highest possible standard of customer service
- Confirm confidential information from our customers
- Follow company processes and procedure
- 1+ years call center/customer service environment experience required
- High School Diploma/GED required
- Comfort using a computer and modern technology
- Ability to work in a fast-paced high volume call center environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Enjoy learning new skills and applications
- Access to reliable transportation
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) a plus
