Right now, we're looking for a Store Manager with top-tier leadership chops, a nose for quality, and the smarts to keep a crew motivated and customers thrilledno oil-stained automotive knowledge necessary.

Position Overview

As our Store Manager, you'll run the day-to-day operations and ensure every job is done right, on time, and with zero hassle (for customers and staff). You'll be the main driver behind production efficiency, rock-solid quality control, and over-the-top customer satisfaction. So if you're a big-picture thinker, who can keep a team humming along keep reading.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Production & Quality Oversight
    • Coordinate daily workflow with technicians to ensure smooth, efficient operations (someone else can handle appointmentsdon't worry).
    • Keep an eagle eye on quality standards, ensuring each vehicle leaves with a job well done and a customer who feels cared for.
    • Identify production bottlenecks or process gaps, then roll out improvements that keep jobs on track and customers smiling.
  2. Team Management
    • Lead, coach, and motivate stafffrom seasoned techs to the greenest rookies.
    • Promote a positive, goal-oriented environment where everyone feels supported and driven to deliver their best.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and address issues head-onno sugarcoating, just constructive feedback.
  3. Customer Satisfaction
    • Make sure customers have a stellar experience from check-in to check-outeven if you can't tell them what's under the hood.
    • Quickly and effectively resolve customer issues or complaints; own any mistakes and turn them into learning opportunities.
    • Gather and analyze customer feedback to help us constantly refine the "Stress Free" approach.
  4. Process & Compliance
    • Implement company policies, procedures, and safety guidelineslike it's second nature.
    • Maintain facility cleanliness and organization; nobody wants to trip over spare tires on their way to the water cooler.
    • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to keep necessary stock on hand for smooth operations (again, you won't be ordering spark plugs by size, just making sure the shelves stay stocked).
  5. Performance Tracking & Reporting
    • Keep a close watch on metrics like labor efficiency, turnaround time, and revenue performance.
    • Present regular updates to leadership, highlighting successes, challenges, and proposed solutions.
    • Forecast staffing needs and align resources so we're neither short-staffed nor overstaffedjust the right fit for hitting goals.
