Job Overview:
The Administrative Assistant will provide essential support to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities. This role involves managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and maintaining effective communication within the organization. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
• Maintain and update records and databases with accuracy.
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
• Provide support to team members and management as required.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience in an administrative or assistant role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
