Call Center Trainer (REMOTE)
Role: Remote Call Center Trainer
Pay: $26/hr
Location: 100% Remote (MUST LIVE IN TEXAS )
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM ET
Assignment: Temp-to-Hire
Start date: ASAP

*Candidate MUST have Classroom Training Experience (Call Center Environment preferred)

What you'll do:
• Design and develop training curriculum and materials using proven adult learning techniques
• Build training scenarios and maintain data resources to ensure training environments mirror production systems used daily
• Partner with business stakeholders and SMEs to conduct needs analyses, define learning objectives, and create deliverables aligned with organizational standards
• Develop qualitative and quantitative assessment tools to measure learner performance, competencies, and training effectiveness
• Deliver instructional programs and organize course materials in accordance with training requirements
• Evaluate curriculum effectiveness and integrate feedback into new and existing training content
• Review and update existing curriculum; recommend improvements to policies and procedures as needed
• Create, maintain, and update training resources and systems to align with operational excellence goals
• Adhere to established safety standards
• Solve moderately complex problems and contribute to organizational projects and objectives
• Communicate on complex or sensitive topics and draft responses for leadership when needed
• Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
