Supply Chain Manager

Humann is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to support our growing, omnichannel business. This is a high-impact individual contributor role responsible for supply planning, inventory management, and logistics coordination to ensure strong in-stock performance and efficient operations.

Responsibilities Include:

• Own supply planning and inventory management, balancing service levels, inventory turns, and growth


• Monitor inventory and proactively resolve shortages, excess, and supply risks


• Partner with suppliers and manufacturers to manage production timelines and address constraints


• Oversee 3PL and fulfillment partner performance against KPIs


• Coordinate transportation of raw materials and finished goods


• Use NetSuite ERP to manage inventory, purchasing, and system accuracy (SKU setup, planning parameters)


• Track and report on key supply chain KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives


• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service to resolve issues and improve performance

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in supply chain, planning, or logistics (CPG preferred)


• Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP


• Strong understanding of inventory management, supply planning, and 3PL operations


• Advanced Excel and analytical skills


• Ability to operate cross-functionally and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
