We are seeking an Area Director of Marketing & Business Development to join our team of passionate patient caregivers!

Qualifications

Required Skills:

  • Valid driver's license with good driving record required.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in related field required.
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience in marketing/leadership in a healthcare environment.
  • Strong background in client services and relationship management required.
  • Supervisory/leadership experience required

  • Ability to compute statistics, analyze referral trends, and develop budget/marketing plans.

Responsibilities

Responsible for meeting growth goals for multiple locations through direct contact with the general public under direction of CEO's and RD of Marketing & Business Development and EVP of Marketing & Business Development. Prepares a development plan, conducts calls and presentations to potential referral sources, and initiates and coordinates contract negotiations with other facilities, insurance companies and hospitals. Integrates the hospital's mission and "Guiding Principles" into daily practice.
