You enjoy partnering with senior practitioners, HR, Finance, and business leaders, and your strong communication skills help you build trust and credibility across diverse stakeholder groups. You are motivated to support organizational transformation at a company that is shaping the future of technology.
If you’re detail-oriented, analytically strong, and ready to grow your impact in organizational design, workforce planning, and change management, Synopsys is the place for you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Capturing crisp, accurate documentation, notes, decisions, and action items during workshops, interviews, and design sessions.
  • Maintaining version control for toolsets, deliverables, and artifacts, ensuring a clean and organized document repository.
  • Managing Orgvue updates and modeling to support organizational design initiatives.
  • Cleaning, validating, and analyzing organizational data such as hierarchy, spans & layers, role families, locations, and cost drivers.
  • Building insightful visuals and dashboards for leaders to illustrate span distributions, organizational shape, and scenario modeling.
  • Supporting workforce modeling to assess impacts on cost, productivity, skill gaps, future demand, and capability requirements.
  • Co-facilitating segments of workshops, including agenda framing, parking lot management, and report-outs.
  • Coordinating logistics such as agendas, attendee preparation, and follow-ups for organizational design sessions.
  • Supporting change management activities, including drafting communications, stakeholder mapping, and preparing training materials.
  • Driving on-time delivery across multiple workstreams with strong attention to detail, applying templates and recommending improvements to OD toolkits.

The Impact You Will Have:

  • Enabling data-driven organizational design decisions that align with Synopsys’ strategic objectives.
  • Enhancing leader visibility into organizational structures, spans & layers, and workforce dynamics.
  • Supporting the creation of scalable, agile, and effective organizational models.
  • Facilitating change management efforts that drive successful implementation of new organizational strategies.
  • Providing actionable insights to HR, Finance, and business leaders for workforce planning and optimization.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement of OD methodologies, toolkits, and ways of working across the enterprise.
  • Helping Synopsys maintain a competitive edge through innovative people and organization solutions.
  • Building your own consulting and facilitation skills in a collaborative, high-impact environment.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, IO Psychology, Data/Analytics, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR, organization design/effectiveness, people analytics, management consulting, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with Orgvue or similar tools such as Nakisa, Visier, Anaplan, ChartHop, or Power BI-enabled modeling.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas) and PowerPoint (story lining, executive-ready visuals).
  • Strong documentation and action planning discipline; able to translate discussions into structured templates, decisions, and actions.
  • Analytical mindset, comfortable working with large datasets and spotting patterns, inconsistencies, and insights.

Who You Are:

  • Detail-oriented and organized, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Clear, concise communicator with confidence in presenting updates and facilitating workshop segments.
  • Professional presence and responsiveness, skilled in stakeholder management and service orientation.
  • Curious and agile learner, eager to expand knowledge in OD methods, workforce planning, and change management.
  • Collaborative team player who thrives in dynamic, cross-functional environments.
  • Adaptable, solution-focused, and open to feedback for continuous growth.
