Now, we’re looking for a strategic and creative Director of Brand & Marcomms to lead the evolution of our global brand. Based in Austin, you’ll own the vision, storytelling, and execution behind how our brand shows up across every channel, connecting emotionally with SMB builders, remodelers, and industry partners across the U.S. and beyond. This is a hands-on leadership role that blends creativity, strategy, and data to drive impact at scale.

You’ll lead a talented team across content, creative, social, and events, collaborating closely with Product, Growth, Sales, and Customer Experience to craft unified, high-performing brand campaigns. From developing emotionally resonant messaging and visual identity to activating user advocacy and driving brand-led demand, you'll make Buildxact’s purpose come to life. If you're a big-picture thinker who loves building from the ground up, and you know how to turn insights into influence, we want to hear from you.
