Pay:*90 day temp to hire pay: *$22/hr per hour

Job Summary

Express Employment Professionals of Denton County are seeking a dependable wiring technician to join our Electrical Department. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on electrical experience who understands basic wiring methods and terminations. A professional license is not required , but candidates must demonstrate fundamental electrical skills and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Run electrical wiring according to job requirements and instructions
• Perform basic electrical terminations
• Safely and effectively use power tools and hand tools
• Accurately measure, cut, and install materials using a tape measure
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times
• Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently
• Participate in a skills test as part of the hiring process

Requirements

• Basic understanding of electrical wiring and terminations
• Comfortable working with power tools and measuring tools
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately
• Reliable transportation (must have own vehicle or ability to get to work independently)
• Strong attendance and punctuality
• Willingness to be tested on electrical skills prior to hire

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous electrical or construction experience
• Familiarity with commercial or industrial electrical work
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed
