Routine Maintenance Planner / Scheduler
- Develop fully integrated cost estimates and work plans to achieve the business objectives.
- Develop job scope definition with proper sequencing of tasks required for job execution.
- Ensure planned activities are included in the integrated work schedule through effective communication with Operations, Maintenance, and Technical.
- Interface with Operators, Technical, Maintenance, Construction Contractors, and Management to complete projects Incident and Injury free, on time and on budget.
- Quotes and procures materials and/or outside services through the Material Requisition process and/or Service Order process
- Ensure refinery and HES standards are integrated into job plans and estimates. Must have knowledge of safe work practices and procedures (e.g., lock out / tag out, confined space entry, hot work, personnel protection, etc.)
- Develop resource loaded schedules for identified work scope.
- Support the Maintenance Work Management (FIRM 11000) planning / execution process.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's license
- Being able to participates in maintenance on call responsibilities as well as responds to emergency calls on an as needed basis.
- 5 to 10 years of experience working in a refinery
