HR Coordinator
- Utilize case management system to ensure accurate and timely responses to requests and inquiries received from HR within internal service level agreements ("SLA")
- Use understanding of HR regulations and policies, knowledge database, reference materials, and all resources available to perform basic investigations and to provide resolutions
- Review and enter changes related to the entire employee life cycle such as creating/extending offers to new hires and transfers, changes in salaries/jobs/departments, terminations, and more
- Ensure integrity of all HR data entered in the HRIS system and perform audits to ensure accuracy
- Assist HR Technology with enhancements to the HR systems
- Establish positive relationships throughout HR and with process partners
- Contribute to the creation of solutions to improve and standardize, where possible, the service by identifying, recommending, and supporting opportunities for improvement
- Use functional and technical knowledge to provide end-users with general guidance and informal training as needed
- Assist with creating formal internal training tools and process manuals
- Work on other duties/project work as assigned
- Ethical with the ability to remain focused, professional, tactful, and discrete when handling sensitive and/or confidential information
- Adaptive with the ability to be flexible and manage time effectively to meet deadlines in a fast paced and changing environment
