Project Coordinator (Fort Worth)
The Project Coordinator will oversee planning, execution and delivery of safety related equipment and services to the nuclear industry. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for multiple projects with value up to $300K and schedule up to 12 months in duration.
Responsibilities:
Contract review of all client POs (new and change orders)Complete order requisition for hardware and repeat ordersSupport scheduling work across multiple departments ensuring all stakeholders are aware of the timeline, scope, and budgetBe responsible for and report on budget and schedule for projectsAbility to manage multiple projects at one time with a keen eye for prioritizationMonitor the cost budgets on projectsAdjust cost budgets on change ordersHold kick-off meetings on design projectsCreate travelers on required projectsPrepare and submit technical reports to clientsCoordinate client witness events with Inside Sales organizationCreate and issue job ordersAdd tasks as needed to support the scheduleCreate and submit spreadsheets for vendor purchase ordersMilestone managementConduct conference calls with clients when requiredCreate all document for submittal to clientsProvide information for client updates as requiredParticipate in monthly client project reviewsParticipate in GEMBA as requiredPrepare document packages for shipmentsCoordinate all aspects of projectsParticipate in design reviews as requiredServe as the technical primary point of contact for clientsCoordinate post shipment issues as requiredQualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited programMinimum of 5 years as a project schedulerAbility to travel (less than 5%)Experience in the nuclear industry is a plus but not requiredPreference will be shown to candidates who have worked in:Client facing roleFast paced environmentLean ManufacturingMust have prior experience in estimating and schedulingAbility to comprehend engineering drawings and documentationProficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, MS Project)Why Paragon?
