DATA ENTRY CLERK
Job Title: Data Entry Clerk

Jonesbororealtycompany is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently inputting data into our systems and maintaining accurate records. This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours of work per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter data into our systems accurately and efficiently
- Verify the accuracy of data before inputting it
- Maintain and update databases and spreadsheets
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files
- Retrieve data from various sources and input it into the appropriate systems
- Perform regular data backups to ensure data integrity
- Communicate with team members to ensure data is accurate and up to date
- Identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors in data
- Follow data entry procedures and policies to ensure consistency and accuracy
- Adhere to company confidentiality and security policies when handling sensitive data
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar role
- Excellent typing skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
