Finishing Operator Katy TX Job Duties:

• Operate 54”–65” paper cutters and die cutting presses based on job requirements
• Perform knife and die changeovers while following safety procedures
• Work independently to set up and run machines efficiently
• Train and cross-train with team members as needed
• Complete daily production and quality reports accurately
• Maintain clean and organized work areas throughout the shift
• Follow OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols
• Support team tasks and assist with other duties assigned by the Bindery Supervisor

Finishing Operator Katy TX Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 3 years of experience in paper cutting and die cutting
• Able to read a tape measure and written instructions accurately
• Strong mechanical and mathematical skills
• Clear English communication skills and ability to work well with others
• Physically capable of lifting up to 40 lbs. and performing physical tasks (bending, climbing, squatting)
• Able to stand for long periods and work 40+ hours per week on shifts
• No felonies in the last 3 years, no violent felonies ever
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening

Location: Katy, TX
Pay: $16 day shift, $18 night shift
Shift: M-F Day and Night shift available ( Days 6a-3p) (N ights 2:30p-1:15a)
