We're excited to welcome a Senior Customer Success Manager to our team. In this customer-facing role, you'll work closely with Sales, Customer Support, Product, and Engineering teams, while directly reporting to the Director of Customer Success.

### What You'll Do

As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will:

- Manage Relationships: Take charge of a portfolio of key customers, focusing on driving adoption, retention, growth, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
- Success Planning: Develop joint success plans with customers, translating their business goals into actionable objectives.
- Build Trust: Foster strong, trusted relationships with customers, showcasing the value of our solutions to their organizations.
- Support Growth: Collaborate with Sales to identify and pursue opportunities for renewals and expansions.
- Guide the Journey: Lead customers through the entire lifecycle—from implementation and adoption to renewal.
- Provide Expertise: Share best practices and help customers establish a center of excellence within their teams.
- Collaborate on Solutions: Act as a key point of contact for escalations, working with Support, Product, and Engineering teams to resolve issues.
- Facilitate Learning: Lead or support workshops and demos, helping customers unlock the full potential of our solutions.
- Track Progress: Monitor customer success metrics and report on both internal achievements and customer outcomes.
- Maintain Engagement: Conduct regular touchpoints with customers to ensure progress against strategic and technical goals.

### Must-Haves

- 5+ years of experience in B2B customer success, account management, or consulting in customer-facing roles.
- Proven experience engaging with technical audiences, including both end-users and executives.
- Strong technical background, ideally in DevOps and the software delivery lifecycle.
- Familiarity with database systems such as MySQL, Oracle, and PostgreSQL.
- Knowledge of Git and other source control systems.
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- A commercial mindset with a proven track record of identifying and nurturing business opportunities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.

### Nice-to-Haves

- Experience with Windows or Linux command-line interfaces.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
- Experience with HubSpot, Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence), or monitoring tools (Splunk, Datadog, Elastic).
- Previous experience with Liquibase or similar tools.
- Experience in a startup environment.
