A Day in the Life: Every day is different on the FP&A team. You will spend time head- down on complex projects and models but also meet with salespeople and leaders to help them use numbers to make decisions.

Duties & Responsibilities :

• Analyzing operational and financial data
• Supporting the sales team by evaluating new opportunities, providing analytical insight, and assisting in pricing recommendations
• Assisting in the development of operational reports for organizational leaders
• Creating models based on reporting to support organizational decision making
• Analyzing industry trends to appropriately provide recommendations
• Developing automated reporting and forecasting tools for more efficient use of data
• Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
• Performing other duties as assigned

Required Skills and Abilities :

• The ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
• The ability to apply general rules to specific problems to produce answers that make sense
• The ability to work with com plex data to extract meaningful and actionable insights
• Knowledge of economic and financial principles and practices
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Polished presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Education and Experience:

• A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field, such as mathematics
• 3 – 5 years of experience in a senior financial analyst or similar role

Hours, Schedule, and Location:

• Full-time
• Monday to Friday
• On-site, in-person working location in Amarillo, TX
