CSR Supervisor
We are seeking a compassionate, motivated and experienced CSR supervisor to lead our team.
Job Details:This role is responsible for ensuring an exceptional client experience, supporting front desk operations, coaching team members, and helping maintain smooth patient flow during sometimes high- stress, high- volume periods. We are a 24hr Veterinary emergency hospital open 7 days a week including holidays, you MUST have a flexible schedule. The ideal candidate thrives in a busy environment, leads with positivity and professionalism to every interaction.
