Summary
We are seeking a Data Technical Program Manager with experience leading enterprise data initiatives within the insurance industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Salesforce Data Cloud (formerly Data 360), data governance, and cross-functional program management.
This is an onsite role.
Responsibilities- Lead the TransUnion (TU)/Epsilon data integration workstream.
- Manage enterprise data programs from planning through execution.
- Develop tactical execution plans and long-term strategic roadmaps.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including business, engineering, architecture, and vendors.
- Oversee data modeling, governance, quality, and delivery milestones.
- Coordinate onboarding and implementation of data clean room capabilities.
- Track risks, dependencies, timelines, and project deliverables.
- Ensure successful delivery of customer data initiatives.
- Experience as a Technical Program Manager or Data Program Manager.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
- Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (formerly Data 360).
- Insurance industry experience (required).
- Knowledge of data governance, data modeling, and enterprise data integrations.
