Chiropractic Front Office Receptionist
:
We are seeking a full time receptionist position in a positive, fast paced, healthy and professional chiropractic and massage office environment.
Hours are approximately 34 - 36 per week. Typically 3 full and 2 half days per week.
Office administrative skills and experience is preferred but not essential. A positive and excited disposition is a must! We are heavy on customer service and experience! :)
Solid computer and typing skills are critical.
Main Job Responsibilities
-Answer telephone to take new patient information and answer questions
-Financial transactions and entering statistics online
-Greet practice members entering the office
-Direct patient flow to providers
-General administrative and clerical support
-Calling contacts to set up marketing events
-Organize doctor's schedule
-Maintain a neat reception area and front office
Education and Experience
-High school diploma or equivalent
-Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
-Knowledge of computers and windows based software
