Your New Role

Based in Tyler, TX, you’ll:

  • Lead, coach, and elevate the performance of comfort advisors and service technicians

  • Conduct daily/weekly huddles, ride-alongs, and hands-on sales coaching

  • Build trust-based selling strategies — no pressure tactics or price undercutting

  • Train team members on options-based selling and value-first communication

  • Monitor and improve key sales KPIs: close rate, average ticket, upgrades, financing usage

  • Maintain and optimize all sales tools: price books, option sheets, and materials

  • Partner with dispatch, warehouse, and install teams for seamless job execution

  • Handle escalated customer concerns with confidence and professionalism

  • Recruit, train, and retain top-tier sales talent

  • 3–5 years of experience in home services sales or sales management

  • Proven leadership and team development experience

  • Strong sales coaching ability with a value-based approach

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Valid driver's license required

  • Must be available for occasional after-hours and weekend support
