Job Title: Maintenance Porter
Schedule
Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Position Summary
The Day Porter maintains the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of the building and supports daily maintenance operations by performing inspections, cleaning, and light maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily building, equipment, and safety inspections; report issues to the Building Engineer.
- Maintain exterior areas, parking lot, entrances, and dumpster areas.
- Clean and restock public restrooms and common areas.
- Vacuum and straighten entrance mats; clean high-touch surfaces.
- Replace light bulbs and ceiling tiles as needed.
- Inspect stairwells, mechanical rooms, vacant suites, and tenant/common areas.
- Complete work orders and assist the Building Engineer as needed.
- Monitor and report supply inventory needs.
Qualifications
- Porter, janitorial, or light maintenance experience preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks and work independently.
- Attention to detail and strong communication skills.
