Bartender

Experienced, personable and detail-oriented Bartenders to join the food and beverage team at a premier indoor pickleball facility. Bartenders serve as key contributors to the club’s atmosphere, providing attentive service, maintaining a polished bar presence and creating a welcoming environment for members and guests. Minimum Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1–3 years of bartending experience in a restaurant, bar or hospitality setting
• Knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, wine and spirits
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional, polished and guest-focused demeanor
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math and cash handling skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in upscale dining, private clubs or high-end hospitality venues
• Familiarity with POS systems (e.g., Toast, Square or similar)
• TABC certification (or ability to obtain prior to hire)
• Experience with craft cocktails and elevated beverage programs
• Interest in sports, particularly pickleball or racquet sports

Expectations
• Prepares and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to members and guests with precision and consistency.
• Provides friendly, attentive and engaging service while maintaining a professional bar presence.
• Maintains in-depth knowledge of beverage menus, ingredients and seasonal offerings.
• Recommends and upsells beverages, including specialty cocktails, wine and premium spirits.
• Ensures bar setup, cleanliness and organization meet upscale service standards.
• Monitors inventory levels, restock supplies and assists with ordering as needed.
• Follows all alcohol service laws and safety regulations, including ID verification.
• Processes orders and payments accurately using POS systems.
• Collaborates with servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
• Maintains cleanliness of bar areas, glassware and equipment.
• Assists with opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation.
• Supports special events, leagues and private functions hosted at the club.
• Handles guest concerns professionally and escalates when necessary.
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment.
