Pay Rate
- $15.00/hour for General Labor candidates with no experience
- Experienced Truss Builders/Framers: experience with machinery, tools, pneumatic nail/plate presses, automated component saw. Starting at 6:00 AM for a working interview to evaluate skills and determine if a higher pay rate is warranted based on experience and performance
Schedule
- Monday – Friday
- 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- Some Saturdays required based on production needs
️ Job Duties
- Assemble roof and floor trusses
- Read measurements and follow production instructions
- Use hand tools and work around saws and other manufacturing equipment
- Lift, carry, and move materials throughout the production process
- Maintain a safe and productive work environment
✅ Requirements
- Must bring a 24 oz. Framing Hammer
- Must bring a Tape Measure
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance are REQUIRED
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work physically throughout the shift
