• Respond to inbound leads through phone calls, text messages, DMs and social media
• Assist with lead tracking, appointment confirmations, and client consultations.
• Support membership sales conversations and facility tours
• Maintain organization, professionalism, and energy at the front desk
• Help build strong relationships with members and families to improve retention and overall experience What We’re Looking For • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, dependable, and emotionally mature
• Comfortable speaking with parents, adult members, and prospective clients
• Confident on phones, text conversations, and customer follow-up
• Organized, proactive, and coachable
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Looking for a long-term opportunity with growth potential Preferred Experience • Customer service or hospitality experience
• Sales, lead follow-up, or appointment setting
• Fitness industry experience is a plus
• Experience working in a professional environment preferred Part-Time Evening Position
Monday–Thursday | 4 PM – 8 PM
Pay: $14–$17/hour + performance bonuses
