Commercial Litigation Paralegal
Pay: $90,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year

Location: Dallas, TX (in-office). Relocation may be available for the right candidate.
Note: Must have 3+ years of commercial or complex litigation paralegal experience, federal court filing experience, and exceptional proofreading/attention to detail. No volume personal injury backgrounds and no purely transactional backgrounds. U.S. work authorization required.

Our client is a nationally recognized, trial-first boutique known for handling high-stakes business and commercial disputes for public and private companies, entrepreneurs, investment funds, and government entities. They are selective in the matters they take and are often brought in to replace counsel when the stakes are high and results matter.
Job Description
- Support 2 to 4 attorneys in a high-volume, fast-moving commercial litigation practice
- Prepare, proofread, and finalize pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and correspondence with extreme accuracy
- Manage federal and state court filings, including e-filing procedures, formatting rules, and deadlines
- Maintain calendars, deadlines, and task tracking to ensure nothing slips
- Coordinate discovery logistics, including document collection, organization, production, and subpoenas
- Assist with deposition and hearing preparation, exhibits, and binders
- Communicate with courts, vendors, and opposing counsel professionally and promptly
- Help keep matters moving by anticipating next steps and proactively supporting attorney workflows
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a paralegal in commercial litigation or complex litigation
- Federal court experience is required (e-filing, rules, formatting, and deadline discipline)
- Excellent proofreading skills are required (you catch what others miss)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a high-volume environment supporting multiple attorneys
- Comfortable juggling priorities and shifting deadlines without losing accuracy
- No volume PI shop background and no purely transactional background
- U.S. work authorization required
