Material Handler / Mold Maker
MUST HAVE AT LEAST 1 YEAR OF RECENT RELATED EXPERIENCE
Connect Staffing is looking for a Bilingual Material Handler/ Mold Maker to join a leading mattress manufacturing company in Waco, TX!
Schedule: Monday - Friday 6:30 am - 3:30 pm (Occasional OT)
Material Handler Requirements:
- Must have at least 1 Year of recent related experience as a Mold Maker, Material Handler, Warehouse Associate, or similar production role.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to safely lift 50+ lbs.
- Ability to stand for 8+ hours during your shift.
- Must have steel-toe shoes – other PPE provided on site
- Pass a drug screen and background check.
- Prior experience in roles such as a Warehouse Associate, Loader/Unloader, Forklift Operator or Production Assistant is a big plus!

Material Handler Responsibilities:
- Fabricate and assemble molds based on blueprints and technical drawings.
- Move raw materials, supplies, and finished products to and from production areas.
- Track and maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring stock levels are properly documented and managed.
- Load and unload shipments, verify incoming and outgoing materials, and prepare items for shipment in accordance with specifications.
- Inspect materials for damage or defects and report discrepancies to supervisors or quality control staff.
- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping duties when needed.
