People and Workplace Experience Manager

Are you passionate about creating an exceptional workplace where people feel supported, engaged, and excited to contribute? We’re looking for a People and Workplace Experience Manager to take ownership of the full employee lifecycle and help shape a high-performing, people-first culture.

In this role, you’ll be at the center of everything related to the employee experience—from recruiting and onboarding to engagement, development, and workplace operations. You’ll partner closely with leadership and teams across the organization to ensure our people and environment set everyone up for success.

What You’ll Do

• Own and lead the end-to-end employee experience, including recruiting, onboarding, development, and performance management
• Partner with leadership to build and maintain a strong, connected, and high-performing culture
• Drive employee engagement initiatives that keep teams motivated and aligned
• Oversee office operations and workplace experience, ensuring a welcoming and productive environment
• Collaborate with a PEO partner for administration, compliance, and HR best practices
• Act as a trusted advisor, coaching managers and employees across the organization
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall employee experience

What You Bring

• 3–7 years of experience in HR, People Operations, or Talent functions
• Strong experience in recruiting, onboarding, and employee development
• Ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Confidence in coaching and advising leaders and teams
• Experience working in a high-growth environment is a plus
• A team-first mindset and willingness to challenge the status quo
