Travel Nurse RN - Cardiac Cath Lab - $3,346 per week

Schedule
- Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM (5x8s)
- Call Requirements:
- One weekday of call per week
- One weekend per month (Friday 3:30 PM through Monday 6:30 AM)
Location Requirement
- Must live within 50 miles of the facility.
Required Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience monitoring diagnostic and therapeutic electrophysiology (EP) studies ( required )
- Recent acute care nursing experience required
- Knowledge of Micropace system is preferred
- Willingness to help educate and mentor staff at McAllen Heart Hospital
Required Credentials
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state
- NIHSS certification
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification
Education
- Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved Registered Nurse program (required)
- BSN highly preferred
Responsibilities
- Monitor patients during diagnostic and therapeutic electrophysiology procedures.
- Provide comprehensive nursing care before, during, and after EP procedures.
- Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary EP team to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.
- Assist with patient assessment, monitoring, documentation, and procedural support.
- Serve as a clinical resource by helping educate and support staff at McAllen Heart Hospital.
