Executive Assistant
Job Description
As an Executive Assistant at CSI Engineering USA, you will play a key role in supporting the executive team and ensuring the smooth operation of the office. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the executive team's calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments.
- Screening and directing phone calls and correspondence to appropriate staff members.
- Preparing reports, presentations, and other documents for internal and external meetings.
- Handling travel arrangements, accommodations, and logistics for the executive team.
- Assisting in the organization of special events, conferences, and team-building activities.
- Managing office supplies, equipment, and maintenance requests.
- Handling confidential information with integrity and discretion.
Essential Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in an executive assistant or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and office management software.
Desired Experience:
- Experience supporting C-suite executives or senior management.
- Knowledge of engineering or construction industry operations.
- Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Salary & Benefits:
