Accounts Receivable Analyst/ Administrative Assistant

ASCO Equipment has career opportunities for an Accounts Receivable Analyst/Administrative Assistant in Wichita Falls, Texas . The main goal of this role is to help our customers, both external and internal to get what or where they need as efficiently as possible, in a friendly and professional manner. They are responsible for collecting payments for Associated Supply Company using skills in project management, organization and communications to collect the payments from customers. Accounts Receivable Analyst track customer communications, submit AR invoices to receivables portals for collections, make banking deposits (at some locations), research and reconcile customers accounts. The analyst is also involved in collecting credit references for new customers. A person with experience in sending monthly mechanic's lien notices would be extremely beneficial. The job will revolve heavily around answering phone calls, redirecting them to the proper places, taking messages and otherwise facilitating customer care. The reception desk also provides assistance to customers and visitors and maintains our readiness to provide a variety of information.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone following ASCO protocol, screen and direct calls
• Helping with collections and Accounts Receivable
• Take and relay messages; forward calls to cells and/or get contact info
• Greet persons entering building
• Collecting credit references
• Submit AR invoices to receivables portals for collections
• Direct persons to correct destination
• Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization
• Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness
• Provide general administrative and clerical support
• Maintains fax machines, assists users, sends faxes, retrieve and routes incoming faxes
• Receive and sort mail and deliveries or do daily cash/check deposit per company policy
• Organize conference and meeting room bookings
• Order and monitor office supplies needs
