Job SummaryKaspar Companies is seeking a Territory Sales Manager – Western Region to expand and strengthen dealer and distributor relationships across the western United States. This role blends sales strategy, account management, and relationship-building while representing trusted western lifestyle brands. The right candidate thrives on travel, enjoys meeting people face-to-face, and has a strong background in B2B sales.
This is a high-travel role (up to 90%), ideal for a self-starter who enjoys independence and being on the road while driving growth and market presence.
Territory Sales Manager Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales plans for existing and prospective customers
- Analyze industry trends to align sales activities with business goals
- Build and maintain strategic relationships across sales channels
- Maintain regular customer contact and convert opportunities to sales
- Coordinate a travel schedule aligned with strategic sales routes
- Manage account growth and expenses within budget
- Complete timely administrative tasks (reports, CRM entries, etc.)
- Support trade shows, events, and company meetings
- Collaborate with manufacturer reps and internal departments
- All other duties as assigned by management
- Strong persuasive speaking and presentation abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Active listening and organizational skills
- Ability to understand and articulate complex product information
- Self-starter with a drive for autonomy and results
- Effective time management and multitasking
- Customer service and forecasting proficiency
- Strategic business planning and follow-through
- Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook
- Maintains professional appearance and environment
- Undergraduate degree required
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience
- Based in or near the designated territory (Western U.S.)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (past 3 years)
- Willingness to travel extensively by car, plane, or other means
- Sitting and/or walking for extended periods (33%–75%)
- Stooping, bending, twisting (10%–25%)
- Occasional lifting of 25–50 lbs (0%–33%)
This is a field-based sales role with a home office setup and regular visits to the corporate office. Periodic exposure to manufacturing environments with required PPE.
