We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Controller to join our finance team and lead our financial operations with a focus on NetSuite ERP , manufacturing processes , and intercompany transactions .

Job Overview :

The Controller will be responsible for overseeing all financial and accounting activities within the company, ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining compliance, and optimizing the use of NetSuite ERP for manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, including the handling of intercompany transfers and multi-entity accounting .

Key Responsibilities :

• Financial Reporting : Manage and oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
• NetSuite ERP Management : Lead the optimization of our NetSuite ERP system, ensuring it is fully leveraged for financial management, inventory tracking, and intercompany transactions.
• Intercompany Transfers : Handle and streamline intercompany accounting, ensuring seamless financial transfers between multiple entities.
• Manufacturing Accounting : Monitor and manage all accounting processes related to production, inventory valuation, cost of goods sold (COGS), and work-in-progress (WIP).
• Budgeting & Forecasting : Collaborate with department heads to develop and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Compliance & Auditing : Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and lead internal and external audit processes.
• Process Improvement : Continuously improve financial processes, particularly around manufacturing operations and intercompany transactions, to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Team Leadership : Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications :

• Education : Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
• Experience : 5+ years of experience in financial management, with at least 3 years in a Controller role.
• NetSuite ERP Expertise : In-depth knowledge of NetSuite ERP is required, with a proven track record of managing financial operations in the system.
• Manufacturing & Cost Accounting : Strong understanding of accounting in a manufacturing environment, including experience with BOMs, production costing, and WIP management.
• Intercompany Accounting : Experience managing intercompany transfers and multi-entity financial consolidation.
• Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
